I think I'm one of the last people in Mississippi to post about our snow day.
Matthew and I could hardly wait for Emily Kay to wake up so we could see her reaction. When she finally was ready to get out of bed we took her to the back door so she could see all the snow. Her first reaction was priceless. She looked at me with this very curious expression and wanted to know where "Ho Ho" was. I guess she thought if it is snowing in Mississippi, Santa Claus must be around somewhere.
We all bundled up and headed outside. Here's a little video clip of Emily Kay. Sorry it's so shaky at first, I'm not a very good camera man.
We played at our house for a little while. Then we went over to Ella's house and played there the rest of the day. Emily Kay did not love the snow, but I think she had fun playing with Ella.
I love these pictures, it looks like she's trying to figure out what is going on with all this white stuff.Ella loved sledding! Emily Kay not so much - I was very surprised.
Ready, Set, Go!Then it was my turn to sled with EK.
We built a snowman.
Then Mitch and Matthew pulled the girls around before they headed out for fun on their own.
It was a great day and the girls took a nice, long nap!
* I go to the doctor on Thursday for my 12 week check up. The sonogram tech is going to attempt to see if we're having girls, boys, or one of each!
I'm praying that both babies are healthy and are growing just as they should be. I'll be so thankful to be past the first trimester.
I've put a poll on the right side of the blog so be sure to vote for what you think we'll be having!

I am getting a little emotional as I look at all the blogs tonight. The snow day was so much fun!
