Christmas 2009

Matthew and I woke up really early, but Emily Kay was not interested in waking up. So we opened our gifts to each other and had fun opening our stockings. Then Emily Kay finally decided to join us.

It didn't take her long to jump in and start playing.

Emily Kay had fun opening her stocking. I think her favorite thing could very well have been the juice boxes and fruit snacks that Santa put in her stocking. She had to have both immediately.

After breakfast, we quickly got ready to go to the Kirk's. We had fun exchanging gifts with Matthew's side of the family.

Emily Kay was given so many fun new toys.

After a fun morning, we went to spend the rest of Christmas day with my family.

We spent the rest of Christmas day lounging around napping, playing games, watching movies. It was a wonderful day spent with our favorite people.
